Bummer
OK I'm done feeling sorry for myself now. This past weekend I went on a really cool hike with my Boy Scout Troop. It was especially nice because my mom joined us as-well. We had nice weather and there were plenty of photo opportunities all around us. Unfortunately on the hike back I fell. I came through with a bruised knee but otherwise fine. My camera didn't fare as-well. It looks like the lens is a complete loss. The body seems to be OK, I still need to borrow a lens to make sure. I will download the pictures I took before the fall and share them with you very soon.

Darren, I have been so very, very worried about you and the camera. I know the camera was a dream come true and it still will be. You are a fantastic person, a wonderful father and scout leader. Mai says your a good husband also!!! I miss the daily postings so, GET BACK TO WORK!!
